Refunds

Short version: any day before it ships, you get your money back, no questions.

Before 14 October

You're pre-ordering something you haven't run yet, so the risk should be mine. Email me any time before launch day and I refund in full, no reason needed.

After it ships

Once the repository is handed over you have the source code, and code can't be returned. So refunds close on delivery. That's the honest trade, and it's why the refund window before launch is wide open.

If it doesn't ship

If 14 October passes and there is nothing to hand over, everyone who pre-ordered gets refunded automatically. You don't have to ask.

How to ask

Email adgan.business@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within a few working days.
