Licence

Buying Viral Kit gets you the source code and the right to run it. It does not transfer ownership of the code itself. There are two licences; the one you bought is on your receipt.

Solo

• One named developer.
• Unlimited products that you own, forever, including commercially.
• Change the code however you like for your own use.
• No client work, no agency work, no running it on someone else's behalf.

Agency

• Everything in Solo.
• Run it for clients and charge whatever you want for the output.
• Unlimited brands inside your own installs, for your team.
• Still no redistribution of the code itself, to clients or anyone else.

Neither licence allows

• Reselling, sublicensing or giving away the source, in whole or in meaningful part.
• Shipping it inside a product you sell, or running it as a hosted service other people log into.
• Publishing it to a public repository.

What you're responsible for

• Your own fal and OpenRouter accounts, and everything they charge you.
• What you make with it, and the rules of whatever platform you post it to — including labelling AI-generated content, which TikTok requires.
• Not using it to impersonate a real person or brand you don't own.

Updates and support

Pre-order buyers get every update, free, for as long as the project exists. Support is email, best effort, and faster on Agency.

No warranty

The kit is provided as is. It calls third-party models that change, and their output is not guaranteed to be usable, unique or suitable for anything in particular. Liability is limited to what you paid.
