The UGC studio that runs on your own machine
Viral Kit writes, shoots, typesets and cuts TikTok slideshows and reaction videos for whatever you sell. It runs on your own fal and OpenRouter keys, keeps every file in a folder you own, and the source comes with it.
Ships 14 October · full refund any time before then · no subscription, ever
Everything here came out of the app. Nothing was staged.
Four products, five formats, two creators, one afternoon. Every word, every photo and every cut on this page is the kit's — none of it was touched afterwards.
Eight steps, and you can watch every one.
The studio doesn't hand you a spinner and a finished file. Every stage is on screen while it happens, with what it cost and how long it took, and you can stop it at any of them.
- 01
Reads your brand
freePaste a store link and it takes the real description, the icon, the colours out of that icon, the store badges and your screenshots.
- 02
Decides the story
~$0.01Not a topic — a premise, one concrete detail, the turn where the product comes in, and the ending. Plus the look: one place, one hour, one outfit.
- 03
Writes every slide
~$0.01From that story, in order, inside each slide's word limit, in your brand's voice and never in words you've banned.
- 04
Reads it back, hard
~$0.01A critic scores the hook, the build, the voice, the ad smell and the ending, then rewrites only the lines that were weak.
- 05
Shoots the photos
$0.08 eachOne at a time, each with its own framing and its own light, all in the same world. The first creator shot becomes the anchor every other one matches.
- 06
Checks what came back
~$0.002A vision pass asks whether it's the same person and whether the photo is what the slide asked for. Anything that drifted gets reshot once.
- 07
Sets the type
freeIts own renderer, with its own fonts. Colour emoji, real iPhone Notes and iMessage screens, three text treatments, 9:16 and 4:5.
- 08
Cuts the reel
freeffmpeg, on your machine. Each slide holds for as long as its words need, with no push-in on anything meant to look like a screenshot.
You're in the room while it works.
Most of these tools are a prompt box and a wait. This one shows you the words before it spends, shows you what it remembers, and lets you change any of it.
Nothing is spent unread
Ask for five posts and it writes all five, lays them out, then stops. Words cost a fraction of a cent. Photos cost money, so they wait for you.
Read it before it costs anything
6 slides, written and laid out.
It remembers, and shows you
Every hook, story, look and photo a brand has used, kept and refused next time. Open the list, ban a line forever, pin one you want back.
Say it another way
Any slide, as many times as you like, for a fraction of a cent each. Three first lines to choose between on slide one. Words only — your photos never move.
Slide 1 · Hook
i was fine. i was not fine.
A ceiling it cannot go through
Every charge is written down before it's made. Hit the day's limit and nothing new starts — and test mode makes the whole thing for nothing, forever.
Made for the three feeds that matter.
One post comes out as slides, as a reel, and as a caption — cropped and re-typeset for whichever of them you're posting to. You download the files and post them yourself.
TikTok
- Photo mode, 9:16
- Reel, 9:16 silent
- Caption + hashtags
- Feed carousel, 4:5
- Reels, 9:16
- Same words, re-set
YouTube
- Shorts, 9:16
- Reaction cut with audio
- Title from the hook
Posting straight from the app is on the roadmap. Today it hands you the files and the caption.
Two keys. Everything else is yours.
You open the accounts, you hold the keys, you pay their prices with nothing added. I never see your product, your posts or your bill.
What a post actually costs
Straight from the app's own pricing, not an estimate. A slideshow a day for a month lands around $3 of API spend.
- One photo for a slide Nano Banana 2 $0.08
- A 5-slide slideshow photos + the writing $0.11
- A reaction video first frame + Kling 3.0 Pro $0.64
- A talking video, with voice first frame + Kling with sound $0.92
Renting a tool, or owning one.
Every hosted UGC tool does roughly the same job. What changes is who holds the keys, who holds the files, and what happens on the day you stop paying.
A hosted tool
Viral Kit
What you pay
A monthly plan with a credit allowance. Fastlane publishes $29, $49 and $149 tiers.
Once. Then the providers, at cost — about 11¢ a slideshow on your own fal and OpenRouter accounts.
When you stop paying
The tool stops.
Nothing happens. You have the source; there is no licence check and no kill switch.
Running out mid-month
Credits run out. You upgrade or you wait.
You set a daily ceiling. Nothing starts that would pass it, and test mode is free forever.
Brand memory
Usually a hidden field you can't read, correct or turn off.
A list you open, with every hook and photo it has used. Ban one forever, pin one, delete it.
Before it spends
You press go and it makes the thing.
A batch stops after the words and waits to be read. Photos only start when you say.
Fixing one line
Regenerate the whole post and pay again.
Rewrite one slide for a fraction of a cent. The photos never move.
Your own face
Rare, or a paid add-on.
One to four photos. Free, because nothing is generated.
Your own footage
Usually an upload it talks over.
Your filmed reaction becomes the post. No model runs, so it costs $0.
Where the files are
Their servers, their retention policy.
A folder on your machine. Back it up or delete it; nobody else has a copy.
Client work
Often a higher tier or not allowed.
The Agency licence, once.
Plan prices from usefastlane.ai/pricing, checked 27 September 2026. Their per-video credit cost isn't published, so no per-video comparison is claimed here. Our 11¢ is what the providers charged for the slideshows in the gallery above.
Right now it makes the posts. Next it posts them.
The studio makes the posts today and hands you the files. Getting them onto your accounts is the next thing it learns, and every step of it lands free for anyone who pre-orders.
- v1.0 · 14 October
Make, edit, export
Videos and slideshows, 9:16 and 4:5, slides as a ZIP or the reel as an MP4. You add the sound and tick TikTok's AI-made label in TikTok Studio. This is what it does today.
- v1.1
Push to TikTok
Connect your account through TikTok's official Content Posting API. Finished posts land in your TikTok drafts with the caption filled in and the AI label already ticked. Publishing straight to your profile needs TikTok to audit your developer app; drafts work on day one.
- v1.2
The queue
Times per account, batch upload, multi-account rotation, format rotation. Point it at three accounts, fill the week, walk away.
- v1.3
Instagram
Reels and carousels through the Graph API. The same posts, resized, no extra work.
- v2
The loop that learns
Views and likes pulled back in per post, scoring which hooks and formats actually won, fed into the writer so it stops guessing. That's the whole point of owning the machine.
- Never: comment spam, DM blasts, bought engagement. The kit makes posts worth watching, or it isn't worth owning.
What's shipped so far.
Updated as it happens, until launch and after. If it's on this list it exists today.
- 27 Sep
Control, memory, and your own face
It remembers every hook, story and photo a brand has used, and refuses to repeat itself — and you can read that list, ban a line forever or pin one. Batches stop after the words so nothing is spent until you have read them. The story behind a post is a form you can edit and re-run. Every slide has shorter / funnier / meaner. Your own photos make a creator, and your own filmed clips make reaction posts, both for nothing. Keys, a health check and a free first post all live in the app now.
- 23 Sep
Brand kit, and a writer worth reading
Paste a store link and it imports your real description, your icon, your colours and your screenshots. The writer became three passes — decide the story, write the slides, then read it back hard — on a frontier model. iPhone Notes and iMessage slides redrawn to Apple's own metrics. Official App Store and Play badges on the last slide.
- 19 Sep
Slideshows
Five formats, a real slide editor, 9:16 and 4:5 from one post, and copying a format off TikTok by dropping in screenshots. Every word is typeset by the kit, so emoji render in colour and nothing is ever misspelled by an image model.
- 14 Sep
Video that holds up
Reaction and talking takes with a creator who stays the same person: four reference angles, a scene still, then Kling. Plus the spend ledger and the daily cap, so a runaway loop can't empty your fal account.
Cheapest it will ever be.
It ships 14 October. Pay now, get the repo that morning, and take a full refund any day before then if you change your mind.

What you are not getting on day one
No posting or scheduling yet — you download the files and upload them yourself, where you also add the sound and TikTok's AI label. No Instagram publishing. No analytics. You bring your own fal and OpenRouter keys, and you'll need ffmpeg installed or Docker. If any of that is a dealbreaker, don't pre-order — wait and see the changelog.
The things people ask before paying.
A Mac, Windows or Linux machine with Node and ffmpeg, or Docker if you'd rather not install anything. Then a fal key and an OpenRouter key. Setup is a copied .env file and one command.
